Terms of Service
These terms explain how you may use CrunchClash. Please read them carefully.
Effective date: September 7, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using CrunchClash ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CrunchClash is a Premier League football data analysis workspace. It is not affiliated with the Premier League or its clubs.
2. Accounts
You may sign up with email and password or supported OAuth providers. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Provide accurate account information. We may suspend or disable accounts that we reasonably believe are compromised, abusive, or in violation of these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Service beyond normal use
- Bypass rate limits, credit checks, or authentication controls
- Share your account in a way that causes abuse of the Service
- Use automated scraping of the Service itself in a way that harms performance or violates these terms
- Misrepresent CrunchClash data as an official Premier League product or claim ownership of league intellectual property
4. Queries and data access
The Service lets you explore football statistics, ask natural-language questions, build queries, preview results, and export datasets. Query interpretation may use third-party AI providers. Results depend on available source data and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect.
You are responsible for how you interpret and use query outputs. Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions without independent verification.
5. Exports
When available, you may export query results (for example as CSV or JSON) for your own analysis. Export features may consume credits and are subject to rate limits and technical caps. You remain responsible for your use of exported data, including any redistribution that would violate law or third-party rights.
6. Credits and payments
Certain features consume credits from your account balance. Credit packs may be purchased through our payment provider. Prices and pack sizes are shown on the pricing page and may change.
Credits are a usage meter for the Service, not cash, property interests, or stored value that you can redeem for money unless required by applicable law. Unused credits generally do not expire solely because time has passed, but we may change credit pricing, pack composition, or feature costs with reasonable notice via the Service or these terms.
Payment processing is handled by our payment partner. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
7. Refunds
Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once completed, except where required by law or where a refund is processed through our payment provider (for example, a provider-initiated or approved refund). If a refund is issued, we may reduce or remove corresponding credits from your account, including unused credits from that purchase.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at hello.crunchclash@gmail.com promptly with your account email and purchase details.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep CrunchClash available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, dependency failures (including databases, caching, AI, or payment providers), or changes to source data may affect availability or results.
9. Intellectual property
CrunchClash software, branding, and interface are owned by us or our licensors. Football statistics shown in the Service are sourced from public match statistics for analysis and do not imply ownership of Premier League or club trademarks, logos, or official data products.
Subject to these terms, you may use the Service and your exports for your personal or internal business analysis. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service itself without our permission.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that data, AI interpretations, or exports will be accurate, complete, or current.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrunchClash and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us for credits in the three months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing interpretation of remaining credits) will survive termination.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
